Pricing Packages
Whether you need ongoing support or help with a specific project, we offer flexible options that deliver excellent value and professional results.
We offer two types of Plans:
An agreed set amount paid monthly for contracted services akin to a salary but with no obligation to make National Insurance or pension contributions, PAYE deductions or provide paid holiday, sick leave or any other employment-related benefits
A Fixed Plan
This gives you maximum flexibility, allowing you to pay only for the hours you actually need. If you require regular support on a weekly or monthly basis, our Retainer Plans may be a better fit. These plans offer a lower hourly rate, and selected options allow you to roll over unused hours to the following month (up to 10% of your chosen plan). It’s a convenient way to ensure reliable support whenever you need it.
A Flexible Plan
Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. We do our best to accommodate urgent requests outside of these hours when possible; however, premium rates apply, as outlined below. If your project is time-sensitive, please get in touch as soon as possible to confirm availability.

Basic
£38 per hour
The 'ad hoc' rate of £38 per hour
Total flexibility - you only use as many hours as you need, when you need them
Booking and deposit required
Final invoice due at end of project or month
Out of hours support rate: £60/hour
Premium
10 hours @ £37 per hour
Monthly Retainer Plan
Clients on a retainer will take priority over any ad-hoc hours
Time worked is tracked and time reports will be sent out along with your invoice
Booking and retainer payment of £370/month required
Retainers are to be paid in full before work commences and then monthly thereafter on the contract date
Additional hours can be added on at the retainer hourly rate, upon agreement
Out of hours support rate: £60/hour
Penthouse
20 hours @ £36 per hour
Monthly Retainer Plan
Clients on a retainer will take priority over any ad-hoc hours
Time worked is tracked and time reports will be sent out along with your invoice
Booking and retainer payment of £720/month required
Retainers are to be paid in full before work commences and then monthly thereafter on the contract date
Additional hours can be added on at the retainer hourly rate, upon agreement
Out of hours support rate: £60/hour
Presidential
40 hours @ £35 per hour
Monthly Retainer Plan
Clients on a retainer will take priority over any ad-hoc hours
Time worked is tracked and time reports will be sent out along with your invoice
Booking and retainer payment of £1,400/month required
Retainers are to be paid in full before work commences and then monthly thereafter on the contract date
10% of the package can be rolled over to the following month
Additional hours can be added on at the retainer hourly rate, upon agreement
Out of hours support rate: £60/hour
Power Hour
£95 per hour
